Despite my best efforts and a visit to Hill Head and Salterns park there wasn't really enough wind for windsurfing on my recent few days away, nor was there anywhere to MTB. That was until I got to S. Gloucestershire and had a little spin around the woods at Nibley with Matt.

I felt pretty slow and out of practise though. Too much food and sitting around doing very little!
